we're going to have to miss out central america. bugger.its too difficult to get out of there and into colombia.its not worth the hassle, so honduras, nicaragua and guatemala are going to be moved into another trip. possibly after africa in 2008.
the trip we (me and nell) have been talking about for over a year is starting to become a reality!
tomorrow we have an appointment with susie - nico's (nells brother) travel consultant.
then we will have a pretty confirmed itinerary and an idea of the cost of all the flights.
i think we started talking about this trip in 2005. for my birthday nell bought me a lonely planet guide to central america. i've been thinking about visiting there for a while. i think since i came back from new orleans.
it will also mean that we can plan the buses and some accomodation - and a diving trip in the galapagos. aside from that - we can make arrangements with martin and sam in yorkshire and andrew in boston.
